Andrew Kirk
CEO and Founder

Andrew has over a 14 years experience in building, consulting, and hiring for high-tech companies specifically in the San Francisco bay area.

Before founding Payette Group, Andrew was a manager in the multi-million dollar recruiting firm, Emerson Brooks.  He was instrumental in growing it’s revenue base by 100% in less than two years.  He also founded and headed up the very succesful recruiting firm Redskool.

Andrew started Payette Group in 2000 and successfully navigated the company through the tech-recession to become a million-dollar revenue venture in just a few short years.

Andrew holds a BS in Business from Washington State University. He also studied classical piano and received a minor in Music.

Andrew’s passion for business took him to Europe where he held the job of assistant controller for the entire Dorint Hotel properties in the Benelux Region.  He was on the opening team for two new Dorint developments located in Amsterdan, Holland and Koln, Germany.  Following his three-year work experience in Europe he helped open and manage a four star restaurant in Sun Valley, Idaho.

In addition to his business pursuits, Andrew is an avid whitewater kayaker, Cat 3 Bike racer, and fully certified ski instructor.  In 2007, Andrew was a member of the team that successfully navigated and kayak/rafted the upper portion of Tibet’s Salween River in 2007 as a first descent.

Andrew is a member of the society for Human Resource Management.

Macie Steele
Director of Search Services

Macie is responsible for leading and developing Payette Group’s Search business unit.
Additionally, she is leading efforts in our corporate training and strategy.

Macie holds a BS in International Business from Boise State University.

Macie’s extensive experience in the technical sector ranges from Hewlett Packard’s Flex Force team to Extended Systems where she was in International Sales.

In Macie’s spare time, you can find her barreling down the ski slopes or paddling the whitewater on Idaho’s Payette River.  On her creative side, she is an avid guitar player and enjoys camping with her dog, Bella. She has traveled to 10 different countries.

Stacy Price

Director of Services

Stacy Price is the Director of Services for Payette Group.  She coordinates the Human Resources department and is the Client Liason between Payette Group and our Recruiter Services.  She holds a degree from Boise State University and has over 15 years experience in Business Administration.  She is an avid outdoors person and spends time in the Owhyee Mountains cycling with her daughter.
